Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter (or margarine), softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix half the cake mix with butter, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Stir in the rest of the cake mix until absorbed. Use cookie scoop to drop dough on to an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake cookies 10-12 minutes. Remove from pan and place on nonstick cooling rack to cool.
